- Answer and reputed company calls to existing and potential donors
- Deliver a caring, clear, and compassionate giving experience
- Accurately log donor details in our system
- Follow up to ensure donor satisfaction
- Meet goals and unlock opportunities for growth
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote or 1+ year in -person customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic reputed company Office skills
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Availability for a flexible schedule

- 8GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred)
