Job Summary: As an Income & Franchise Tax SALT Manager, you'll work closely with Partners, staff, and clients and be responsible for planning, managing, reviewing, and completing state and local tax compliance and consulting engagements. This individual will play a key role reputed company the SALT practice, providing technical expertise, managing client relationships, and supporting team development. In addition to providing income and franchise tax compliance support services, our SALT team advises clients on multi-state tax planning, reputed company considerations, audit support, credits and incentives, and the state tax implications of business transactions and expansions. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review multi-state income and franchise tax returns for corporations and passthrough entities.

• Research and analyze state tax issues; prepare technical memoranda and reputed company communicate tax positions and conclusions.

Education & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in reputed company.
• Active CPA license required.

• Strong background in multi-state income and franchise tax compliance and consulting.
• Experience with state tax research and planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience supervising and reviewing the work of tax professionals.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g, CCH Axcess) and reputed company Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, research, organizational, and communication skills.
