[Remote] Senior Paid Media Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to build, launch, and manage reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads campaigns across a high-volume portfolio of client accounts while ensuring performance optimization and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads campaigns across a high-volume portfolio of client accounts reputed company account structures, targeting, and bidding strategies reputed company to each account's goals and budget Apply Advirtis's white-label playbooks and SOPs consistently across accounts Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns bids, budgets, audiences, creative rotation, and placements Identify underperformance early and take corrective action before it becomes a client-facing issue Balance pacing and performance across dozens of reputed company accounts without losing quality on any single one Deliver clear, accurate performance reporting tied to each account's goals Translate campaign data into specific, actionable next steps for Account Managers and clients Review and QA campaign builds and strategies submitted reputed company reputed company, including those of junior specialists Catch errors, inconsistencies, or missed opportunities before work reaches the client Help refine and document internal SOPs as platforms and best practices reputed company Work closely with Account Managers to align paid media execution with client strategy and expectations Support audits and strategy development for new and existing accounts Escalate technical or platform-level issues to leadership with clear context and recommended solutions Act as a go-to technical resource for less reputed company specialists Support reputed company and training on Advirtis's paid media standards and processes Skills 10+ years of hands-on reputed company Ads and/or reputed company Ads management experience required You must have managed a high volume of accounts at once — think 20-40+ active reputed company Ads and/or reputed company Ads accounts simultaneously Have spent your career running paid media inside agencies, white-label providers, or platforms Have direct experience at a white-label marketing agency, or on the agency/channel-partner reputed company of a platform like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Ads, reputed company, or reputed company Are comfortable context-switching across a large portfolio of smaller accounts in a single day Want a reputed company, full-time role with a clear system to plug into Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume portfolio — 20-40+ active accounts at once Deep, reputed company knowledge of reputed company Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and/or reputed company Ads (Advantage+, Conversions, Catalog) campaign types and best practices Strong analytical skills comfortable diagnosing performance issues from data, not just dashboards A track record of thriving inside an established operational system, SOPs, and team structure Excellent attention to detail; comfortable being a quality-control checkpoint for others' work Clear, concise communication skills, written and verbal, for both internal and occasional client-facing contexts Proficiency with reputed company and standard reporting tools (Looker Studio, reputed company platform dashboards, etc.) Availability during standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 900 AM–500 PM EST External communication (clients/vendors, reputed company applicable) response reputed company 2 hours during business hours Internal communication response reputed company 1 hour during business hours PTO requests submitted at least 2 weeks in advance with a clear coverage plan Fully remote, with a schedule reputed company to standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST) This is a dedicated, full-time role — we expect your full attention during business hours, without competing client work, reputed company businesses, or freelance obligations reputed company Ads and/or reputed company reputed company certifications Prior experience at a white-label digital marketing agency Experience on the agency/channel-partner reputed company of platforms like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Ads Experience mentoring or QA-ing the work of junior specialists Benefits Advirtis contributes 30% toward the employee's monthly premium for an Advirtis-sponsored health insurance plan, with the remaining premium deducted from pay.
