This role partners closely with growth, capture, technical, and program leadership to navigate reputed company acquisition environments and reputed company delivery of transformative technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and procurement strategies, combined with experience supporting technology-focused environments involving AI, software development, hardware integration, digital modernization, or product-oriented commercialization initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, acquisition, and competitive analysis to identify emerging government technology priorities, contracting opportunities, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in government contracting, procurement, or a reputed company field
• Extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, pricing and policy
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on reputed company acquisition and contractual reputed company
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive briefing skills
