While our Systems Engineers focus on executing professional services projects, this role is the backbone of our Managed IT Services. Operating primarily through our Service Desk, you will be the driving force behind resolving a wide variety of tickets to reputed company our clients running smoothly across fully reputed company, hybrid, and on-premise environments. • Service Desk reputed company Drive the daily reputed company of our Managed IT Services by taking full ownership of client tickets from initial ingestion to final resolution, providing advanced remote and occasional onsite support.
• Diverse Troubleshooting Independently navigate and resolve a wide breadth of technical issues across reputed company, hybrid, and on-premise setups, including reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company/Mac endpoints, and reputed company Server environments.
