About the Role: Our growing company is seeking a skilled problem solver to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual who can actively listen to customer concerns and reputed company effective, innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of our customer service policies and the ability to quickly locate resources to assist customers accurately and reputed company. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat with accuracy and timeliness
