Role Description The Associate Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Claimant) will reputed company legal representation to injured workers in Florida, focusing on claimant-reputed company workers’ compensation reputed company. This full-time, remote role involves managing a caseload from intake through resolution, including interviewing clients, evaluating claims, gathering and reviewing medical and employment records, and developing case strategies. The attorney will draft legal documents, such as petitions, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements, and will communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and medical providers to advance cases reputed company. The role includes negotiating settlements, preparing for and attending hearings (which may require occasional in-person appearances), and ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable workers’ compensation laws and procedural rules. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with employee benefits and workers’ compensation issues, with the ability to assess entitlement to medical and indemnity benefits.
• Strong claims handling and claims management skills, including evaluating liability, documenting injuries, and tracking case reputed company from intake to resolution.
• Knowledge of insurance practices and procedures reputed company to workers’ compensation, including dealing with adjusters, understanding policy coverage, and navigating insurer communications.

• Proficiency with case management software and standard office technology; bilingual skills (especially Spanish/English) are a plus.
