Senior Manager, Government Contracting
Job Description:
- reputed company the GovCon practice; establish strategic objectives and KPIs

- Manage staffing, utilization, and budgets
- Support capture and proposal activities; establish quality standards
- Capture lessons learned; collaborate with the AI & Innovation team to integrate AI and Compliance Intelligence capabilities into delivery workflows
- Manage and reputed company service offerings including reputed company authorization support, Civilian RMF, DoD RMF, reputed company Monitoring (ConMon), reputed company authorization package development, reputed company assessment support, OSCAL implementation, and reputed company Authority to Operate (cATO) services.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of cybersecurity compliance experience
- 3+ years leading teams, programs, or service lines
- Deep expertise in Civilian RMF, DoD RMF, or DoD reputed company Computing SRG
- Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-60, FIPS 199
- Strongly Preferred: Experience with reputed company, eMASS, Xacta, reputed company GRC, reputed company, OSCAL
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CGRC are highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain government suitability requirements as needed.
