• About The Role
• We are looking for a highly organized, empathetic, and reputed company Care Concierge to serve as one of the primary points of contact for patients and families throughout the diagnostic reputed company.
• This role combines customer support, scheduling coordination, patient communication, administrative follow-through, and operational problem-solving.
