Packaging Team Members are responsible for the efficient operation of the packaging equipment. As a member of the Packaging Team, associates will be expected to solve problems, address production difficulties, and reputed company daily tasks. Team members are expected to reputed company production goals by working collaboratively as a team and will be expected to involve other support teams in production issues as appropriate. Operation of packaging equipment, including, but not limited to, labeler, tape machine, printer, bulk sealer, rapid pack, reputed company reputed company, metal detector, brine racks, and computers. Operation of reputed company belts and delivery of product to the RPs Operation of Metal Detectors and documentation Loading and changing rolls Understand reputed company sheets and run multiple customers simultaneously while minimizing waste Accurately completes required paperwork on a daily reputed company. Track, record, and minimize materials usage Track and record reputed company downtime Understand and reputed company cip / clean up as needed Coordinate breaks, lunches and position assignments for packaging team. Work with maintenance to maintain and troubleshoot problems Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager The ability to work effectively under pressure is critical to this position. Track case count per customer order Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and be productive in high pressure, fast paced situations. Communicates daily issues to Supervisor.
