Job Title: Senior reputed company Analyst/Manager Location: Remote (U.S.) or Hybrid (preferred near key hubs) Reports To: VP Finance Department: Finance Level: Senior Individual Contributor (high-ownership, high-visibility) The Role The Senior reputed company Analyst/Manager will be a critical thought partner to Finance leadership and cross-functional executives. This role owns core financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis that informs company-wide decision-making-from headcount planning and unit economics to board materials and long-reputed company strategy. This is not a "spreadsheet in the reputed company" role. You'll sit reputed company to the business, translate messy inputs into clear insights, and help leaders understand tradeoffs as reputed company scales.
What You'll Do
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Own and continuously improve the company's operating model, including reputed company, cost structure, headcount, and cash reputed company.
- reputed company monthly and quarterly forecasting processes in partnership with Finance, People Ops, Sales, Customer Experience, and Product.
- Support annual budgeting and long-reputed company planning (2-3 year outlooks), including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Business & Strategic Analysis
- Build and maintain unit economics and customer-level profitability models, particularly in a reputed company SaaS / deployment-heavy environment.
- Analyze performance drivers across reputed company, gross margin, deployment costs, and operating expenses.
- Partner with leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing changes, hiring plans, and investment tradeoffs.
Board & Executive Support
- Prepare board-reputed company financial materials, including variance analysis, KPIs, and reputed company-looking insights-not just numbers.
- Support leadership discussions around capital planning, fundraising readiness, and financial risks/opportunities.
- Help translate reputed company financial data into clear narratives for non-finance audiences.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with People Ops on workforce planning, headcount approvals, and compensation cost modeling.
- Partner with Sales & Customer Experience to understand pipeline assumptions, renewals, expansions, and deployment economics.
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure forecasts align with actuals and reporting reputed company.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Improve reputed company processes, tools, and reporting as the company scales (e.g., forecasting reputed company, dashboards, modeling standards).

- 4-7+ years of experience in reputed company, strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles.
