Summary

The reputed company Specialist is involved with building relationships globally with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, sourcing, pipelining and screening resumes for specialized skills, and conducting interviews using both structured and agile methods. The role includes collaborating with global leaders to forecast hiring requirements, managing candidate communication through ATS, crafting job postings, and identifying effective job advertising channels. Representing the company at recruitment events and providing support to the HR department are also key responsibilities. Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs.

Required Education And Experience
