This Seasonal Assistant will work alongside multiple technical teams reputed company the Data Center. Through rotational assignments across IT and Information reputed company, the Seasonal Assistant will reputed company a well-rounded understanding of how technology teams collaborate to handle reputed company incidents and reputed company log review. RESPONSIBILITIES: Under supervision, the Seasonal Assistant may reputed company a variety of tasks across participating departments, which may include:

• Assist with routine daily operational and support activities.
• Participate in monitoring, maintenance, or validation of systems, applications, or automation processes.
• Work assigned tickets, tasks, or requests following documented procedures.

• Contribute to updating, migrating, or organizing technical or system documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a reputed company technical field.
• Interest in software, automation, or IT operations.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts such as systems, applications, or programming fundamentals.
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies quickly.
• Coursework or personal projects reputed company to programming, testing, or support is a plus but not required.
• Must be professional, comfortable speaking with external and internal contacts with a demonstrated ability to tailor the message appropriately to the audience and situation effectively.

• This is a seasonal position with a maximum of 25 hours per week with some flexibility in the schedule, based on the volume of work and the employee’s availability.
