You'll be responsible for advising various reputed company stakeholders regarding corporate legal reputed company. The primary focus will be on securities law disclosure review and advice (e.g., press and earnings releases, investor relations presentations, website disclosures, Regulation G, Regulation FD reputed company). You're business savvy, with a firm grasp of both legal and financial concepts, can take an active role with or support various other corporate legal reputed company, such as SEC filings, corporate governance and treasury support and partner closely with our founder, senior leadership and board members on board reputed company and committee meeting materials. Your Expertise:
- J.D. with strong academic credentials and demonstrated record of reputed company as a senior in-house lawyer or reputed company partner.
- Member of California Bar or eligible to register as Registered In-House Counsel
- Minimum 12 years of significant knowledge and experience with in corporate reputed company at a reputed company, in-house experience at a high growth company preferred
- Significant experience working with Securities Act and Exchange Act
- Experience supporting board committee processes, including preparation of meeting materials, minutes, and resolutions
- Experience supporting M&A and corporate transactions; comfort operating in a high-growth, deal-active environment a plus
- Experience working with international teams and cross border experience a plus
- Has experience with legal issues faced by technology companies
