Senior Title Closer

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively and closely with lenders, reputed company, and realtors to reputed company, review, organize, prepare and review relevant documentation for closing.
• Ensure reputed company title, disbursement and closing activities adhere to federal, state, and reputed company policies and regulations.
• Serve as liaison between borrowers, reputed company, and construction lenders.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of advanced concepts, terms, practices and procedures of the title industry, closing process, and construction loan transactions.
• High attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
• Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor and top-notch customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in closing experience.
