• This position can be Remote but must live in NC between Raleigh & Greensboro. Job Scope NOI and direct management reputed company of assigned retail properties in order to maximize asset value on behalf of reputed company clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting (including working with reputed company staff to reputed company accurate and detailed financial statements as required by reputed company); sourcing relationships to reputed company new business opportunities. What You'll Be Doing
