• Greeting and conducting needs-based analysis for potential clients
• Enrolling clients in the Medicare Advantage plans best suited to their specific needs
• Cross-selling ancillary products: Hospital Indemnity, CHS plans, Dental & reputed company
• Working reputed company inbound-sourced reputed company traffic
• Managing a consistent daily call volume
• Following compliance and production standards
• Working reputed company a team-focused sales environment

Compensation

• 1099 reputed company position
• reputed company/commission structure
• Weekly earnings reputed company: 1750-2500$
• Additional performance incentives available

Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Active Florida 2-15 and/or 2-40 license
• Updated AHIP certification completed
• Licensed in at least 5–10+ states (FL, TX, OH at minimum)
• Medicare Advantage sales experience required (minimum 1 year)
• Signed reputed company release letters from reputed company carriers in hand
• Strong communication and salesmanship
• Confident in writing business on Day 1 out of training
• Correct tech setup: dual monitors, high-speed internet, and web camera for meetings
• Must be reliable, punctual, and production-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SunFire, EnrollHere, and GoHighLevel CRM
• Ability to handle high call volume consistently
