Bilingual Remote Intake Specialist - PR Part-Time Bilingual Remote Intake Specialist reputed company Pay: $16/hour Shifts: Various Part-Time Shifts Location: Remote, Puerto Rico About Us: reputed company provides 24/7/365 live answering and intake services for the legal industry, supporting over 3,000 clients across reputed company America. We are currently hiring remote, part-time team members based in Puerto Rico The Role: As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for potential legal clients. You will handle incoming calls, accurately qualify leads using scripted prompts, and deliver professional customer service in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bilingual inbound calls and adapt your tone to each caller's needs.
- Gather and input accurate caller details using proprietary systems and protocols.
- Meet performance and productivity goals while managing time reputed company.
Requirements:
- Location: Must reputed company in Puerto Rico.
- Language: Fluent written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish.
- Availability: Must be reputed company to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or reputed company) and holidays.
- Experience and Skills: Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality.
- Other: A typing speed of 35+ WPM and comfort navigating multiple screens.
Technical Requirements:
- Hardware: PC or Laptop running reputed company 11 or higher (No Macs, reputed company products, tablets or Chromebooks) and a wired USB headset with a mic.
- Internet: High-speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or DSL) hardwired reputed company Ethernet cable directly to your model or router.
