Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist ( Maryland only) ( LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMSW-C)
Job Overview Special Hands reputed company is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist with one to five years of experience to join reputed company as a full-time or part-time 1099 contractor or W-2. This is a completely remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy while maintaining a manageable client caseload.
- Employment Type: 1099 Contract (Full-time, Part-Time)
- Workload Options:
- Part-Time: 12-15 clients per week
- Fulltime 30-35 clients per week
- Location: Fully remote
- Pay reputed company: $60-65 per hour (flat reputed company) Independent License
- Pay reputed company: $50-55 per hour (flat reputed company) Needing Supervision
- Flexibility: Set your schedule while meeting client needs

Responsibilities:
- Conduct client intakes and assessments reputed company virtual platforms
- reputed company individual, family, and couples therapy
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs
- reputed company and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals and community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client reputed company
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, reputed company Work, or a reputed company field
- Maryland Licensure or working towards licensure as a professional counselor (LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LMSW-C )
- 1-5 years of experience in individual, family, and couples therapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and technology
- Ability to work independently while providing high-quality, client-centered care
