Overview

The Manager, reputed company Effectiveness is responsible for the management and execution of key strategic initiatives and business processes in support of the reputed company Effectiveness team. Working integrally with the Director reputed company Effectiveness, this role will reputed company day-to-day project management across the full suite of reputed company Effectiveness priorities. This position also works closely with the reputed company, Dedicated Divisions and State teams to reputed company support in the translation of the above priorities into operational action reputed company the Company’s core business model. Additionally, this role manages reputed company internal team processes including presentation and meeting support, budgeting and financial analysis and communications. Primary Responsibilities

• Support the development/maintenance of the “Planning and reputed company Execution (PACE) Guide” which includes reputed company/supplier planning, supplier management, reputed company sales, programming, margin enhancement, etc.
• Support the field execution of the PACE process reputed company in reputed company coordination with the overall reputed company Effectiveness team and other corporate reputed company teams.
• Support the implementation of the PACE training platform.
• Support continual capability-gaps assessment across reputed company Operations, reputed company Strategy, Trade Development, Supplier Management, and reputed company Finance teams and reputed company a prioritization roadmap for training content development.
• Program manage multiple projects and initiatives as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reputed company ways of working and cross-functional collaboration at the Corporate, Regional, and State reputed company.

Additional Primary Responsibilities

• Prior experience in a reputed company Sales, reputed company Operations, reputed company Strategy and/or Trade Development role with exposure to Sales and Supplier Leadership
• Possess the ability to take initiative, pro-actively look for solutions, work and manage projects reputed company tight deadlines, and communicate to project leadership any challenges/issues in a clear and timely fashion
• Experience in reengineering, reputed company enhancement, cost containment, and restructuring projects
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable interpreting and manipulating large amounts of data
• Must demonstrate a structured, analytical thought process
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
