You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educational technologists to create high-quality digital learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs and learning styles. Key Responsibilities include Design and reputed company comprehensive curriculum materials, including lesson plans, learning activities, assessments, and instructional content for online delivery. Ensure curriculum alignment with state and national educational standards (e.g., Common Core, NGSS). Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate their knowledge into effective online learning modules. Qualifications
Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, with a significant focus on K-12 education and online/digital learning environments. Proven ability to design engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse student populations. In-depth knowledge of K-12 curriculum standards and assessment design. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate). Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and educational technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
