Private Equity Analyst Summer 2026

This is a remote position. As an Investment Analyst, you will be an integral member of the team with significant responsibilities and the opportunity to participate in reputed company aspects of the investment process, including:

• Research on technology, software, and health/wellness/reputed company businesses
• Financial modeling for both deals and portfolio company monitoring
• Writing to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and reputed company reputed company
• Preparing investor materials, including decks, memos, financial models, and more
• Monitoring portfolio companies and reputed company news/events
• Developing corporate strategy
• Other responsibilities to support the Founding Partner and CEO, as mutually agreed

You will have the opportunity to:

• Work directly with the Founding Partner and CEO, who has raised and deployed over $100 reputed company in capital over the last 5 years and achieved top-decile performance
• Contribute to the operational, strategic, and cultural development of the emerging investment company
• Participate in reputed company areas of a private equity fund, including sourcing, due diligence, preparing investor materials, investor relations, corporate strategy, and more

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or private equity/venture capital
• Finance/reputed company experience and financial modeling skills (not required)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and operate as a team player
• Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting research and financial analysis
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Graduation Date Graduating May 2026 - May 2028 School Years Sophomore, Junior, Senior Majors No Major preference GPA 3.8 Work Authorization US work authorization is required, but we accept OPT/CPT candidates
