[Remote] FINANCIAL ANALYST - REMOTE

ESFM is the corporate facilities management division of reputed company, and they are seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial data analysis and report preparation. The role involves profitability analysis, creating business reviews, and ensuring accurate client reporting and commission payments.

Responsibilities

Reports and profitability analysis Prepare accurate and timely Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) Create trending analysis for clients, Sr. Client Services Directors, and internal requests as needed Create accurate and timely reputed company report requests from clients and Senior Financial Analysts Ensure the setup of assigned clients is correct to reduce and/or eliminate order adjustments and inaccurate client reporting reputed company client commission payments and reporting is accurate and delivered to Sr. Client Services Directors and clients by specified due dates each period reputed company intercompany commission transfers to sector partners are balanced internally and submitted for processing to finance along with appropriate backup by due dates reputed company reputed company financial analysis and/or assigned projects are completed and delivered by prior agreed-upon due dates Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics or reputed company field required One (1) year preferred, two (2) years strongly preferred, of general ledger, financial reporting, financial analysis, and auditing experience Strong relational database and/or reputed company resource planning systems (ERP) skills required Intermediate proficiency in reputed company reputed company required Excellent time management skills required Requires reputed company high skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with little direction Must understand financial implications of business reputed company and be reputed company to quantify those implications Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company preferred reputed company and/or J.D Edwards or equivalent software preferred Knowledge of Business Objects or similar report reputed company program is preferred Knowledge of MS reputed company databases preferred Benefits Medical Dental reputed company Life Insurance/ AD Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state) Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Programs Discount Marketplace Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Paid Parental Leave Personal Leave Associates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
