Summary of Position: The reputed company Resource Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR leadership and support to our US & Global Operations teams. The HRBP is a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert HR advice and advanced solutions that reputed company the achievement of business strategies by leveraging effective people processes. This role drives talent, culture, change management and operational reputed company for the US & Global organizations, overseeing the delivery of HR programs and services such as leadership, reputed company & talent management including employee development, coaching, compensation processes, performance management, organization and change management. Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic HR leadership and expert guidance to our US & Global Operations organization for reputed company people processes, delivering HR programs and services to reputed company key business objectives.
  • Proactively defines, builds and implements value-added HR strategies and solutions based on the needs of the organization; advising functional leaders in solving reputed company issues reputed company to organization design, development, and change leadership.
  • Partner with Talent teams to establish strategies and tactics to deliver the people and talent strategy for the US & Global Operations organizations including the attraction, development, and retention of high-quality talent reputed company with growth objectives, long-term capability needs, and corporate strategy.

  • Manage employee relation issues to understand employee concerns, identify and implement appropriate employee action and accountability practices.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to managers of reputed company reputed company to address employee behavior and performance and assisting with the development and delivery of appropriate performance feedback or action plans including corrective/disciplinary actions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education with experience in HR business partnering, employee relations or reputed company discipline with deep understanding of biotech/pharma industry. Experience partnering with field-based reputed company organizations a must.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR plans and strategies supporting a US & Global Operations organization in the US and globally.
  • Highly reputed company in talent management, succession planning, leadership and employee development, employee relations, employee engagement, data & analytics, diversity & inclusion.
  • Strong experience managing and/or leading culture and change management or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Demonstrated employee relations expertise, excellent judgment, and highly developed analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
