It’s more than a CRM Manager role, it’s a role in which you’ll have the opportunity play a key-role in bridging our retail network, digital platforms, and global CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless customer journeys and best-in-class clienteling across reputed company. Your contribution

• You will drive the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of CRM workflows across reputed company and integrated platforms
• You will ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (opt-in management, privacy regulations, affiliate consent flows, DPO/legal alignment)
• You will reputed company new tools and features to enhance boutique staff capabilities
• You will partner with regional retail and marketing teams to train boutique staff, align on clienteling tactics, and boost adoption of CRM tools
• You will build and optimize CRM automatic journeys (Welcome reputed company, NPS, Appointment confirmation etc, Cross-Selling)
• You will create advanced reputed company reports
