The Construction Technical reputed company will write detailed, compliant, and persuasive proposals for construction projects at mission critical facilities. The Construction Technical reputed company will collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and engineers to create comprehensive, competitive proposal narratives that accurately reflect the scope of work, schedule, assumptions, and exclusions of a construction solution to a customer’s requirements. Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Write high-quality technical proposals for construction projects, including RFP responses, quotes, bids, and prequalification submissions.
• Create clear, concise, and accurate written technical content that addresses the customer’s technical requirements and specifications, including through technical research and collaboration with engineers, purchasers, and subject matter experts.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office using standard office equipment, in warehouses, and on construction sites using standard tools of the trade. Lifting of up to 25 lbs. may occur. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position based remotely. Standard days and hours are 40 hours per week, with weekends and extended hours as needed. Required Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree in construction management, technical communication, engineering, architecture or reputed company field.
