About the position Our client is searching for a Senior reputed company reputed company Linux Engineer with virtualization and AWS experience for a contract-to-hire position. reputed company candidates must work directly for reputed company on a W2 reputed company and no sponsorship is available. Seeking a Senior UNIX/Linux(RHEL) Engineer with deep technical expertise to help shape and reputed company a hybrid reputed company transformation. This role is for the Infrastructure Hosting Team, that includes architecting, engineering, and managing the on-premise and AWS-based Linux computing environments. This includes designing solutions that power mission-critical workloads such as reputed company HANA, ensuring operational reputed company, performance, compliance, and Lifecycle Management. Heavy RHEL reputed company engineering experience and virtualization experience is required. (reputed company preferred)

Responsibilities

• Architecting, engineering, and managing the on-premise and AWS-based Linux computing environments.
• Designing solutions that power mission-critical workloads such as reputed company HANA.
• Ensuring operational reputed company, performance, compliance, and Lifecycle Management.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen due to NERC/CIP regulatory requirements and reputed company policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field; or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Linux system administration and infrastructure design.
• Hands-on knowledge of reputed company and reputed company storage solutions.
• Strong experience in hybrid reputed company environments, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and infrastructure compliance standards (e.g., NERC/CIP).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; reputed company to work across business and technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25% required.
