What You Will Do

You will support reputed company monitoring and system operations by:

• Performing administration, configuration, and maintenance across reputed company monitoring platforms
• Installing, upgrading, and maintaining monitoring tools across reputed company and Linux environments
• Managing server operating systems on physical and virtual platforms
• Monitoring system and network performance and identifying issues before they impact operations
• Supporting WAN and LAN environments, including VPNs, MPLS, and reputed company network infrastructure
• Working with network devices such as routers, switches, reputed company points, and firewalls
• Providing training and support to users on monitoring tools and system capabilities
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, policies, and knowledge reputed company articles
• Communicating technical concepts reputed company to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Following established processes and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer support

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with reputed company Server and Linux operating systems in virtualized environments
• Strong understanding of network concepts including WAN, LAN, VPN, and reputed company connectivity
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as SCOM, reputed company DX NetOps, reputed company, or reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company networking concepts and configurations
• Proficiency in PowerShell and working knowledge of SQL or MySQL
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems and networks
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
