About the position We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler / Dispatcher to coordinate repair and maintenance activities across our portfolio of properties. This role serves as the communication hub between our maintenance team, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring work orders are scheduled, tracked, and completed reputed company. The ideal candidate is reputed company under pressure, an excellent communicator, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in construction, property maintenance, or working with trades and vendors is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and reputed company maintenance technicians and reputed company-party vendors.
- Coordinate repair appointments, follow up on reputed company work orders, and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with vendors, team members, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor work order reputed company and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and status updates reputed company company systems.
- Prioritize urgent issues and reputed company reputed company-time scheduling adjustments as needed.
- Track vendor responsiveness, availability, and performance.
