Anchor Appliance Repair is a fast-growing local appliance repair company serving Rockwall and the surrounding Dallas areas. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to help manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and reputed company excellent customer support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and texts
- Schedule appointments using our reputed company software
- Respond to online leads from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
- Collect customer information, appliance model numbers, and issue descriptions
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day

- Filter spam calls and unnecessary interruptions
- Handle basic customer service and appliance-reputed company questions

Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred

- Appliance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical office experience is a bonus
