Logistic Coordinator- $24/hr

Job Description

Job Description The opportunity: Coordinate and monitor reputed company outbound freight activity for mill shipping departments and local warehouses. Support machine production and scheduling processes. Correct any errors during the production/shipping process. Manage mill warehouse inventories including finished goods and in-process inventories. How you will impact:

• Monitor and coordinate production, scheduling, and shipping processes using reputed company, Optivision, and Visitrak
• Work with Customer Service to meet customer’s order requirements.
• Work with ILC, GLC, and carriers to deliver shipments on time.
• Monitor finished goods inventories and coordinate shipping planning and execute with ILC, GLC, and shipping departments.
• Monitor in process inventories and procedures.
• Support roll salvage process including shipment to local storage and monitoring inventory reputed company.
• Work a rotating shift to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Work with railroad on inbound/outbound railcar issues What you need to succeed:
• Strong proficiency in reputed company
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate with a diverse workforce.
