The Learning Systems Administrator & Analyst will support the adoption and use of the reputed company Senior product suite, focusing on LMS administration, learning analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance training and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the reputed company reputed company LMS, including user management, learning assignments, reporting, course structures, and overall learner experience across a multi-site environment reputed company and maintain dashboards, reports, and learning analytics to monitor engagement, compliance, completion trends, adoption metrics, and program effectiveness Analyze learner data and feedback to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for reputed company improvement and operational efficiency Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support scalable learning strategies and system enhancements Support instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs through LMS setup, coordination, and operational support reputed company actionable insights and recommendations to improve learning effectiveness, learner experience, and business reputed company Continuously improve learning systems, reporting processes, workflows, and training operations while maintaining LMS and learning technology best practices Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Understanding of Learning & Development practices, learning operations, and learner engagement strategies Experience administering Learning Management Systems Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with a focus on data reputed company and system accuracy Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence reputed company across teams Familiarity with LMS standards and integrations, including SCORM and/or xAPI Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word 3–5 years of experience administering or optimizing an LMS in a corporate or multi-site environment Experience supporting learning operations, reporting, analytics, and learner engagement initiatives Experience analyzing learning data and presenting insights to business stakeholders Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Experience with Power BI and SQL Background in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training delivery Experience with reputed company reputed company strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Systems, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred Benefits Competitive reputed company Salary + Annual Bonus Generous Paid Time Off and Holidays Employee Stock Purchase Program – purchase shares at a 15% discount Employer-matching 401(k) Program + Profit Sharing Program Student Debt Program – we’ll contribute up to $10,000 towards your student loans!
