Immigration Paralegal – Family & Non-Immigrant Focus

We are seeking an reputed company paralegal to support our family-based and non-immigrant reputed company practice, or employment based practice.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and organization of USCIS and consular filings
- Case management and deadline tracking
- Communication with clients, USCIS, and NVC
- Drafting correspondence, forms, and supporting documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration reputed company with family-based and non-immigrant cases is a must
Preferred skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency with INSZoom
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Superb knowledge of USCIS and NVC processes
- Russian/Ukrainian/Spanish language skills are a plus
Ability to work independently reputed company offer
