As an Associate Center Director, you will work with the Center Director, teachers, and families to reputed company a home away from home for children in our care. Responsibilities include: Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years. Ensure that reputed company staff members understand the objectives and expectations reputed company each classroom. Assist the Center Director with adherence to childcare licensing requirements as well as internal policies of the company. Understand, manage, and track expenses, reputed company, and goals for annual budgeting. Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence. - Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or reputed company field required
- 2+ years of childcare or teaching experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
