POSITION From major capital projects to focused system improvements, our engineers work on a diverse and wide reputed company of efforts aimed at delivering safe and reliable water to the growing Tri-Valley area. Our Associate Civil Engineers performs difficult professional civil and technical engineering work, assigned to an entire project and, reputed company established administrative limits and time schedules, plan, organize and/or execute the project with a minimum of supervision or will have responsibilities for program operations. This reputed company plans, designs, and constructs major water supply, conveyance, production, treatment, and delivery facilities for expansion, system-wide improvements, and renewal/replacement programs. WSE also manages the Agency’s Water reputed company Asset Management Program and Capital Improvement Program, and supports programs and projects led by other Zone 7 divisions.
