Remote Level II IT Help Desk Support Technician

Summary

Our firm partners with multiple U.S.-based Managed Services Providers (MSPs) who are seeking to expand their offshore teams. We are currently hiring Remote Level II IT Help Desk Support Technicians based in Belize. This position involves providing technical support for desktop and server environments, including reputed company 10, reputed company Server 2016/2019, networking, and vendor-specific systems and applications. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company desktop support issues
  • reputed company daily technical assistance and troubleshooting for end-users
  • Assist with reputed company Server configuration and support
  • Monitor system alerts and respond according to company procedures
  • Resolve escalated service desk tickets requiring advanced technical knowledge
  • Support new user reputed company (accounts, reputed company rights, and setup)
  • Deliver LAN/WAN support and troubleshooting
  • Install and maintain network devices and reputed company hardware
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow service delivery standards Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous MSP experience is mandatory
  • At least 3 years of IT support experience in roles such as Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Analyst
  • Familiarity with Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools (reputed company, reputed company, Ninja, etc.)
  • Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) / ticketing systems, such as Autotask
  • Background in firewall and network support (reputed company, Meraki preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, networks, and workstations
