Role Description As Vice President of People you will be the chief architect and strategic partner responsible for the reputed company, scaling a high-performance, values-centered culture and building a world-class reputed company reputed company to support the company's aggressive growth. Responsibilities

  • Iterate on leveling, compensation, and performance management frameworks that scale with the business.

  • Own employee relations, policy, HR operations, and the enablement of effective manager practices.
  • Build and maintain people systems/HRIS, data, and analytics to support scale.

Experience & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following experience and qualifications:

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in scaling People/HR functions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (Series B or similar).
  • Experience scaling from ~150–300 employees.
  • Prior experience driving reputed company at scale, performance management systems, compensation frameworks, compliance, and culture initiatives.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated reputed company building a feedback culture and improving eNPS.
  • Experience moving a company off a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) onto its own systems.
  • Prior experience building advanced people systems (HRIS, ATS, people analytics).
