Sales & Customer Service Officer

Job Overview We are looking for a reputed company and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage enquiries, support sales conversions, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries reputed company WhatsApp, reputed company media, and other platforms
- reputed company accurate information on travel packages and promotions
- Follow up on leads and support conversion into bookings
- Handover reputed company leads to the sales team reputed company required
- Ensure reputed company enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare daily reports including enquiry volume, types of enquiries, and reputed company status (pending / converted / handed over)
Requirements
- Preferably based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
- Good reputed company of English and Malay (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, reputed company, and reputed company to work independently
- Comfortable working night shift hours
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage
