Position Part-Time Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Location: Fully Remote (Must hold an active Utah license permitting independent clinical practice.)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and reputed company individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses, reputed company clinically appropriate and reputed company the scope of practice.
• Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally reputed company, and client-centered behavioral health services.
• Monitor client reputed company, update treatment plans as needed, and coordinate continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Utah regulations, payer requirements, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with referral sources, care coordinators, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive client reputed company.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations and professional licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Utah Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in good standing with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL).

• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
