Role Description This position will support our OBGYN practices.
- Provides virtual nursing care to a diverse population of patients by using remote monitoring technology software and reputed company electronic health record.
- Works in partnership with the Clinical Nurse and in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care based on the nursing process and according to the clinical standards of the hospital.
- Coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
- Coaches and mentors novice nurses.
