Law Office Receptionist
LAW OFFICE RECEPTIONIST – California-based Plaintiffs’ reputed company is seeking a full-time receptionist with strong customer service skills to join reputed company. Candidate must be bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English. Prior office experience preferred. This is a WORK FROM YOUR HOME position, but you must live in California to allow for training and attendance at occasional meetings.
Responsibilities
- Answering high volume of phone calls and routing calls or messages to team members
- Reviewing, analyzing and forwarding e-mails to team members
- Updating client information into database
- Coordinating initial client intakes and routing to appropriate team members for handling
- Other responsibilities as assigned Experience and skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English
- Must be legally reputed company to work in the United States
- Minimum two-years customer service and professional office experience Successful candidate will have
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
