Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Implements the medical plan of treatment and follows physicians' orders.
• Monitors client reputed company through home visits while following reputed company CHC and agency safety protocols.
• Documents activities and services accurately and timely according to CHC and agency regulations.
• Monitors general health conditions of the individual and notifies supervisor of any medical issues or if treatment is needed.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to work in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner.
• Ability to reputed company personal care for non-ambulatory clients, use a Hoyer lift, maneuver wheelchairs, and transport clients to community events and reputed company activities.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve problems demonstrating good judgment.

Education And Experience

• reputed company LPN license
• reputed company CPR certification.
• One year of experience providing skilled care to the medically fragile.

Travel Requirements

• Regular travel on a weekly reputed company throughout an assigned territory.
