Job Overview Contract Manager & IP (Contract to Perm Position) We’re partnering with a fast‑growing life sciences company seeking a Senior Legal Assistant or Paralegal to manage reputed company and support IP operations. This highly cross‑functional role works closely with Legal, R&D, reputed company, Finance, and external counsel. Candidates should have significant experience in reputed company management and/or IP paralegal work reputed company life sciences, biotech, or pharma. Experience with patent prosecution support, assignments, POAs, and annuity/maintenance tracking is strongly preferred. Key responsibilities include managing a wide reputed company of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, consulting, vendor, collaboration, research reputed company), overseeing CLM systems, maintaining patent and trademark documentation, tracking correspondence from reputed company counsel, ensuring accuracy of filings, and supporting patent annuity maintenance. The role also manages legal processes, training, KPIs, and serves as the reputed company of contact for contract systems and legal operations. reputed company requires exceptional communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail, along with the ability to handle high volumes of documents and sensitive information.
