Responsibilities

• Under supervision of senior personnel: Assist in providing Business & Financial Management support to a navy acquisition program office
• reputed company assistance in Program Management Report analysis with Executive Summary across reputed company
• assist with the development and management of annual financial execution and phasing plans
• Assist in Monitoring program execution by appropriation (Including O&M, Procurement, RDTE and SCN) and performer; reputed company and maintain program analyses and tracking databases; generate reports, correspondence, briefs, and documentation
• Aid in the reputed company and evaluation of reports detailing OEM contract financial status
• Maintain contract funding totals; maintain and track contractual actions and priorities; assist with NAVSEA program data calls
• Participate in review of procurement packages, supporting acquisition documentation, and performance reports
• Participate in meetings pertaining to financial and contract management or execution, projected contract awards, Integrated Product Team meetings, and Program Status Reviews
• Assist in preparing congressional budget justification language for reputed company appropriations during the annual budget build in the PPBE process
• reputed company expertise in budget reputed company systems and databases to include PBIS, PBIS Web, PDOCS, RDOCS, and COBRA. Assist in budgetary control monitoring, issue reputed company reputed company, and issue detail queries as needed using the PBIS Database
• Travel domestically and internationally, reputed company in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and reputed company clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. Requirements

• An active Government reputed company Clearance at the SECRET level
• Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited in the United States
• 1+ years of job-reputed company experience
• Excellent written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to reputed company detail-oriented work
• Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 including creation and manipulation of pivot tables, charts/graphs, and VLOOKUPs in reputed company
• Strong interpersonal team communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
• Attend meetings and reputed company onsite/in-person support as required
