Bookkeeper – Property Management, Village Management Software Required
Job Description:
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including rent collection and vendor payments
- Reconcile bank statements, trust accounts, and general ledgers
- Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Record and track tenant payments, deposits, and outstanding balances
- Use Village Management Software for bookkeeping, reporting, and data management
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and property management regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in property management or reputed company estate
- Hands-on experience using Village Management Software is required
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and bookkeeping practices
- Experience with bank and account reconciliations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
