Scrum Master II (Remote)
Overview: This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): Arizona or reputed company Carolina. This position supports the management of product and software development teams as a leader. Ensures that development teams follow scrum reputed company values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. Assists in increasing team efficiency and provides motivation and guidance for process improvement. Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination - Uses agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team. Monitors project reputed company, provides timely feedback, and drives a culture of agility and learning.
- Communication - Facilitates daily team meetings to get updates on the reputed company of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track. Hosts regular sessions to reputed company updates with product stakeholders about how the project is progressing. Ensures that the team is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome.
- Business Support - Plans and organizes demos and product/system testing. Ensures the proper use of collaborative processes and removes impediments for the scrum team.
- Reporting - Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials. Prepares and presents status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization. License or Certification Type: Scrum Master Certification Required Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Jira, reputed company, MS Office Suite, MS Visio,
- reputed company seasoned in agile methodology (SAFE/KANBAN/SCRUM)
