Senior DevOps Engineer, Team reputed company

Job Description:

Directly manage a team of 5 other engineers, including weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching/mentorship, and strategic prioritization
Mentor up and coming engineers
Participate and contribute to the Code Review process
Participate in the on-call rotation
reputed company team syncs, retrospectives and other team-based ceremonies
Conduct technical interviews with candidates to help build the reputed company Team
Design, implement, and manage infrastructure for our reputed company-based platforms (AWS)
Create and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (reputed company / reputed company Actions)
Build, maintain, and scale containerized applications with reputed company and reputed company/Fargate.
Ensure system scalability, availability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and automation.
Troubleshoot issues in both production and development environments.
Work closely with development teams to enhance performance, reputed company, and maintainability.
Manage and optimize infrastructure as code.

Requirements:

Experience managing people and projects
5+ years of experience in a DevOps or reputed company role.
Expert knowledge of reputed company platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong experience with containerization technologies (reputed company, reputed company / Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (reputed company, reputed company, Grafana)
Expertise in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).
Proficient with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Ability to troubleshoot reputed company system issues and optimize performance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
