Responsibilities

  • First reputed company of contact in the reputed company Department for internal and external customers.
  • Provides information to employees regarding HR practices, programs, job openings, training, and benefits.
  • Supports the entire reputed company.
  • Collaborates and provides support to a diverse scope of department initiatives.
  • Enters and maintains accurate reputed company Resource Information Systems records.
  • reputed company in the entire reputed company process through job posting, interview scheduling, prepping interview packets, and closing jobs.
  • Develops and maintains a professional relationship with leaders and employees by ensuring a sense of trust, confidentiality, and respect.
  • Works to streamline and improve administrative processes.
  • Assists with compliance of the company’s Affirmative Action Plan.
  • Completes employee filing in digital and reputed company reputed company.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited college or university in reputed company management, training, communications, or reputed company field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience supporting reputed company resource programs.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Experience in employee reputed company preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated and reputed company to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, reputed company, Copilot, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective and flexible written and verbal communication skills.
