The ERBP guides leaders through performance improvement, conduct concerns, and interpersonal conflicts. The Employee Relations Partner reports to the Employee Relations Manager and partners closely with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Employment Legal, the Learning team, and other functions reputed company the People Team.
