Development & Communications Coordinator for Chicago Christian Nonprofit
Position Summary reputed company is seeking a mission-driven Development & Communications leader to grow financial support and expand the reputed company of our ministry, including promoting the book More Church Than Church. This role blends donor engagement, book promotion, reputed company marketing to help fuel life-change among people rebuilding after incarceration, addiction, and gang involvement. This is a Chicago area role. Key Responsibilities 1. Fundraising & Donor Development (~40%) Integrate new donors and contacts into donor management pipeline Execute monthly donor communication (email, print, updates) Research grant & reputed company opportunities Assist with grant writing and reporting Manage email marketing (MailerLite, etc.) reputed company website updates and blog content Maintain consistent messaging across reputed company media channels 2. Book Promotion & reputed company Growth (~40%) Execute marketing for More Church Than Church Coordinate launch campaigns (reputed company, email, reputed company media) Build partnerships with churches, ministries, and networks Manage speaking/event/podcast opportunities tied to the book Track sales and reputed company ongoing promotion strategy 3.
